MODERN FORMS OF COMMUNICATION

MODERN FORMS OF COMMUNICATION
1)FAX
2)E-MAIL
3)VOICE MAIL
4)TELECONFERENCING
5)TELEPHONE ANSWERING MACHINE

1)FAX(Facsimile)
Many organization are now going in for fax transmission facilities.
The fax machine is very useful for transmitting visual material diagram, illustration, photographs,or copies of artwork visuals. All that we need for it is the fax machine with a connected telephone. As the document to be transmitted is fed through the machine,it is electronicallyscanned and signals are transmitted to the receiving end, where an identical copy of the document is reproduced on a blank sheet of paper by the receiving machine.
Fax biggest advantage is that it is accepted as evidence in court

DISADVANTAGE
1)Its costly
2)Many times messages received by fax is blurred
3)Sender as well as receiver both bear the fax cost

2)E-MAIL
(Popularly name for electronic mail). Its involves sending messages via telecommunication links. If two computer terminals, however distant from each other, are connected on internet,it is possible to send messages from one to another.
a)popular convenient and efficient
b)within no time we can send to anywhere in the world
c)photographs and video can be send via e-mail

3)VOICE MAIL
Voice mail is a form of e-mail only. Here,a message, instead of being communicated in a witten form,is sent in the form of voice of the caller.Like e-mail,it is very easy to use and is a convenient way of leaving short message for someone who is not immediately available.

4)TELE OR VIDEOCONFERENCING
It allow peoples to meet and work collaboratively without having to be together in one room. They could be separated by an office way or by thousand kilometers- that is immaterial. They can hear and see each other, and share information with one another as if they were all placed together in one room.Teleconferencing can lead to substantial saving both in terms of money and time.In this era of globalisation when multinationals are simultaneously operating in several countries separated from one another by thousand of kilometers ,teleconferencing proves to be a very effective means of mutual consultation.

5)TELEPHONE ANSWERING MACHINE
Sometime telephone messages arrive when there is no one personally present to attend to them.In such cases, a telephone answering machine can prove to be very useful.Whenever the telephone bell rings, the machine reproduces a prerecorded message .Most of the railway and airline enquiry offices transmit pre recorded message in response to enquiry made to them.such message are usually of routine nature.

human relation

HUMAN RELATION-It is a logical or natural connection between persons.

NEED OR IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN RELATION- Just think if we have no relation and we hav to live isolately then what will happen. There is no difference between sorrow and happiness for us.There will be no one to whom we share our feelings of sorrow and happiness. All the special occasion like birthday and festivals have no meaning.
at the time of adversity,we would not find anyone who help us.In a nutshell we can say the without relation will become a living hell for all of us.

HUMAN RELATION AT PRESENT TIME- At present the human relation are loosing their values.no one has a time for each other. The person are now becomes selfish. They believe in give and take relationship only.
Today we have a mobile but dont hav a time to talk with our parents or friends, few years back people put a board on their gate with quote"ATITHI DEVO BHAV" now we put a board on gate"BEWARE FROM DOGS"
Today we hav a good transport facility to go anywhere in the world but we hav no time to meet our relatives or frnds living in same city.
Due to all dis human relation are loosing their value and people are suffering from many diseases like depression ,insomania etc. The feelings of sympathy, forgiveness are vanishing from our hearts.
Everyone should ask a question with oneself dat we are human or animals????....
